Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience.
• Proven success coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP EWM.
• Ability to lead through supervisors and frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, outbound, inventory control, and rework operations.
• Develop and implement performance standards and targets for the designated area.
• Coordinate outbound carrier schedules and ensure on-time shipments.
• Provide reporting, analyses, and recommendations to management.
• Hire, coach, and develop department personnel.
