The role involves routine cleaning, restroom maintenance, waste management, and assisting with events. Shift is 9:00am to 5:30pm, and you will follow established safety procedures and collaborate with staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in custodial/janitorial work is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing.
• Maintain restrooms, restock supplies, ensure hygienic conditions.
• Empty trash, recycle when applicable.
• Inspect premises for needed attention or repair.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to staff.
• Snow removal: shoveling, snow blowing, spreading salt on sidewalks.
• Set up/take down furniture and equipment for events.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering.
• Collaborate with staff to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies including confidentiality.

• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly, recycling materials when applicable.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or repair.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

• Assist with setting up and taking down furniture and equipment for events and meetings.
