Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Huntsville, AL is seeking a cleaning associate to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming workplaces. The role supports our operations with routine cleaning of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, and common areas.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with weekly pay at $12 per hour. The position requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and compliance with PPE and dress code.

Qualifications

• Pass background checks and drug screening.
• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Physical requirements: A LOT of walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, close-toed shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories (no facial tattoos or piercings allowed).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, and other designated facility areas.
• Routine building cleaning.
• Restroom cleaning.
• Window cleaning.
• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter.
• Sweeping.
• Mopping.
• Stocking supply rooms.
