McDonald’s is seeking Crew Members to be the heart of our Philadelphia restaurant. You’ll greet guests, take accurate orders at the counter, Drive-Thru, or kiosk, handle payments, and help deliver a great guest experience with a friendly, efficient service.

No experience? No problem. We provide digital and hands-on training for day-to-day duties, emphasizing teamwork, food safety, and quality. This role offers mid-shift schedules and growth opportunities within the restaurant.

As a Crew Member, you’ll help deliver the McDonald’s experience by:

Providing Exceptional Customer Service

• Greet customers with a friendly smile

• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied

Preparing Quality Food

• Prepare all menu items according to McDonald’s standards
• Assemble orders quickly and accurately

Maintaining Cleanliness & Safety

• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies
• Stock and rotate products properly
• Support overall restaurant cleanliness

• Support teammates during busy shifts
