Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a friendly Café Associate in Robards, KY to join our Dining Services team. You will prepare and serve food and beverages, greet guests, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle cash and other transactions using the POS system, maintain clean dining and kitchen spaces, and follow food safety procedures while supporting teammates for a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED or food service experience.
• Consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with orders.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Accurately handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Support the overall success of the café by assisting teammates and contributing to a positive work environment.
