WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Mid‑Senior Structural Engineer, you will start your day immersed in complex industrial projects, engaging with other engineers and designers to develop creative, efficient, and safe structural designs. You'll model and analyze structural systems using advanced CAD and FEA tools, review and develop structural drawings and specifications, and ensure all work meets the highest structural engineering standards and building codes. Each day, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, interact directly with clients to solve unique challenges, and play an active part in taking projects from concept to completion. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A MID‑SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER?

Schedule: In this full‑time role, you'll join our Dayton‑based team during regular business hours, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and clients throughout the work week.

Mid‑Senior Structural Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of professional structural engineering experience
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong problem‑solving and technical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality results

Preferred:

• Master's degree in civil or structural engineering
• Experience with finite element analysis software or consulting engineering

• Proficiency with CAD and structural modeling tools
