A PE license and 5+ years of experience are required; a master's degree and FEA software experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering
• 5+ years of professional structural engineering experience
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering (preferred)
• Experience with finite element analysis software (preferred)
• Consulting engineering experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with industrial settings, especially in agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, or biofuels (preferred)

Education

How To Qualify

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or civil engineering
• 5+ years of professional structural engineering experience
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license

Preferred Experience And Education

• Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering
• Experience with finite element analysis software
• Consulting engineering experience
