Quality Talent Group is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to support mining and processing equipment in Colorado. The role involves preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep systems running smoothly.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic welding and fabrication skills, and comfortable working with PPE. This on-site position offers growth opportunities across industrial maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, or industrial environments is preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills including welding (stick/arc), light fabrication, cutting torch, and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience operating skid-steer, man-lift, or similar equipment (preferred).
• Ability to follow PPE requirements, including respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust plant and conveying equipment.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used replacement parts.
• Execute emergency repairs to address equipment breakdowns.
• Report issues and repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
