  • Cultivate strong relationships with agency owners, managers, IC networks, and frontline advisors within the Virtuoso ecosystem.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, commercial proposals, and ROI-driven business cases tailored to luxury travel sellers.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and partnership terms with mid-to large-scale agencies.
  • Represent the company at Virtuoso events, regional meetings, travel conferences, and industry gatherings.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing partner success.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting on pipeline health and revenue performance.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on luxury travel trends, advisor workflows, GDS usage, and agency operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5-10+ years of sales or business development experience in the US travel industry.
  • Direct experience working with Virtuoso advisors, Virtuoso agencies, or the Virtuoso community (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of luxury travel, preferred partner programs, and advisor selling behavior.
  • Proven success in consultative sales, relationship management, and closing mid-to large-scale commercial deals.
  • Familiarity with GDS platforms, air distribution, agency operations, and supplier-advisor dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and Virtuoso functions as needed.
  • Existing relationships within the Virtuoso network (agency owners, managers, IC groups, or advisors) is a plus.
  • Experience selling technology, services, or operational solutions to travel agencies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases and partnership models.
