5 person operations team that's in growth mode (role is open due to growth)

REPORTING TO : Head of Operations

THE ROLE :

This is a tremendous growth opportunity to be the sole ops professional for their newly launched strategy – you will not only work on traditional investments operations, but you will also have the chance to build out new processes, focus heavily on process efficiencies, and work directly with the traders. This is an incredible opportunity to eventually grow into a Director level ops role.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 6 - 10 years of operations experience coming from a HEDGE FUND
• Must have experience working with corporate bonds, CDS, equity TRS, OTC derivatives
