Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a registered pharmacist.
• Rheumatology background preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid South Carolina pharmacist licensure.
• Strong knowledge of medication management and pharmacy operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in pharmacy information systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead MID department operations and strategy.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adverse events; adjust therapy as needed.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families.
• Oversee technician workflow, QA checks, and records.
