Langate is an award-winning provider of web development services focusing on business, healthcare, and education. We are modernising a large US e-commerce platform in the durable medical equipment and mobility space, migrating from ColdFusion to Angular/.NET 8, with Azure as the cloud backbone.

You will join a team accelerating frontend migration while building an Order Management System and integrating with existing services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial experience in .NET development (C# and ASP.NET Core).
• Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript for frontend components.
• Experience with REST APIs and frontend-backend integrations.
• SQL database concepts, data modeling, and optimized queries.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or complex business apps is a plus.
• Familiarity with legacy modernization and existing codebases.
• Basic Azure cloud experience.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Experience with unit and integration tests.
• Basic security knowledge, authentication/authorization, and PCI-DSS is a plus.
• Ability to investigate issues and troubleshoot independently.
• Ability to clarify requirements with the team when unclear.
• Willingness to use AI coding assistants to improve efficiency.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher with daily overlap to New York time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across the Angular storefront and .NET backend.
• Contribute to migrating the legacy ColdFusion e-commerce platform to the modern stack.
• Implement and support integrations with existing systems.
• Participate in building the new Order Management System.
• Write clean, maintainable production code and fix bugs across front-end and back-end.
• Clarify requirements with the team, estimate tasks, and flag blockers early.
• Work with Azure-based environments and CI/CD pipelines following engineering standards.
• Use AI coding assistants responsibly for prototyping and delivery.
