Job summary

Yardi Systems is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Mid-Market team in Raleigh, NC. You will identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and connect decision-makers with solutions designed for large multifamily organizations.

In this role, you will travel extensively (50%+), conduct product demos, qualify prospects, and collaborate with Account Executives to build a healthy pipeline across regions. A bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant sales experience.
• 3 years of successful sales development or inside sales experience.
• Experience prospecting mid-market accounts and building pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage mid-market prospects through outreach and targeted campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and leaders to expand presence.
• Represent the company at events to generate interest and connections.
• Deliver product demonstrations, qualify prospects, and secure meetings with decision-makers.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop a strong pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Travel extensively (50% or more).
