Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
• Three years of successful sales development or inside sales.
• Experience working with Mid‑Market organizations.
• Experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and strategic account targeting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients, industry associations, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage prospecting activities and track pipeline.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with a track record of meeting goals.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage Mid‑Market prospects through strategic outreach and AI-powered prospecting tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and regional leaders to expand market presence.
• Represent Yardi at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate interest and promote solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, qualify prospects, and secure meetings with decision-makers.
