Paychex is seeking a results-driven Mid-Market Sales professional in Tulsa to build and close new business with growing companies (20–99 employees). You’ll partner with owners and decision-makers to understand challenges and present Paychex Flex and HR services as tailored solutions.

This consultative, outbound-focused role blends relationship management with a fast-paced sales cycle, offering unlimited earning potential, a clear career path, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional sales experience, with 3+ years in a B2B sales environment.
• 2+ years HCM experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
• Strong prospecting mindset with outbound, in-person field activity.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell Paychex Flex and advanced HR services as part of a robust solution suite.
• Execute outbound activity to build a healthy pipeline (calls, outreach, networking, partnerships).
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage a high-velocity sales process for small to mid-size businesses (1-2 call closes).
• Own the full sales process from discovery to closing.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling experience.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience.
• Valid Driver's License - Required
