Unwrap.ai, a Santa Barbara-based startup, is hiring a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships across startups to Fortune 500s and drive adoption of our NLP-powered feedback platform.

You will own implementation, training, renewals, and expansion, plus create guides and best practices to empower users. Collaboration with product and engineering will help scale customer success and reflect customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in mid-market or enterprise customer success or account management in SaaS or AI products.
• Proven track record of retention, renewals, and expansion.
• Experience translating business objectives into measurable outcomes for varied stakeholders.
• Able to navigate executive conversations with credibility and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, training, renewal, and expansion for a diverse customer base.
• Create guides, FAQs, and best practices to empower users.
• Collaborate with teams across Unwrap to relay feedback and drive platform improvements.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
