Role overview

As a Mid-Market Account Executive (Digital Native) at CAST AI, you are an entrepreneurial sales professional experienced in selling cloud SaaS in industries such as Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Cost Control, Cloud Security, and DevOps tools. As we continue our rapid global expansion, we seek goal-oriented and people-focused Account Executives to join our team and capitalize on the significant market opportunity for CAST AI.

  • Conduct Opportunity Assessments to identify viable leads
  • Engage in Value Discovery to align our solutions with client needs
  • Demonstrate the unique value of our offerings effectively
  • Ensure Value Delivery through meticulous implementation and results measurement
Requirements
  • Based in Boston
  • Proven experience in Opportunity Assessment, Value Discovery, Value Demonstration, and Value Delivery
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive
  • 2+ years of experience working with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
  • Ability to identify key contacts, understand client needs, and tailor proposals accordingly
  • Successful negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction
  • Outbound sales obsession
  • Experience with Kubernetes, sales lifecycle, and Cloud space is a significant plus
