Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Mid-Level Wastewater Engineer in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will work with project managers and discipline experts to deliver quality water infrastructure designs, coordinating across disciplines on multiple assignments.

The role requires a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, 3+ years in wastewater, and EIT with PE path. Hybrid work model, competitive benefits, and a base salary range of $85,000–$160,800 are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or other applicable engineering disciplines).
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in wastewater related disciplines.
• Progressive experience developing engineering technical reports and presentations, design drawings and specifications, and/or with computer modeling.
• Foundational experience with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver and lead tasks.
• Attention to detail, quality delivery, and client service.
• EIT certification and on the path to obtain Professional Engineer (PE) license.

• Focus on planning, evaluation, and design development for water infrastructure needs and projects.
