Candidates should have 10+ years of relevant RF/electronics test engineering experience, hands-on radar and antenna testing experience, and military project experience or U.S. Armed Forces veteran experience. Familiarity with AESAs, SDRs, communications systems, unmanned platforms, and high-power RF systems is preferred. U.S. citizenship and an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one are required.
10+ years of relevant RF/electronics test engineering experience or equivalent. Hands-on experience with RF/antenna communications, radar, and field testing. Military project experience or service as a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces.
Experience with AESAs, software-defined radios (SDRs), communications systems, unmanned platforms, and high-power RF systems. Experience supporting defense-related field-test programs.
Hands-on operation of RF, antenna, radar, and high-power test equipment. Test setup, execution, troubleshooting, data collection, test automation, and scripting. Ability to work effectively in laboratory and field-test environments.
RF/antenna measurement techniques, radar testing, automated test development, data analysis, and familiarity with complex communications and RF systems.
U.S. citizenship required. Active security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance. Ability to travel domestically approximately one week per month for ~9 months. Position supports the Wake Forest, NC or Virginia Beach, VA area and is hybrid with some remote work. Responsibilities include preparing and operating test equipment, executing RF/antenna and radar testing, supporting field-test activities, developing test automation, documenting results, and coordinating with engineering and project teams.
