Duties:

  1. Conduct legal research using platforms such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal databases.
  2. Draft, review, and refine legal memoranda, briefs, regulations, ordinances, and related documents.
  3. Analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and legal sources to support litigation, transactional, or advisory work.
  4. Monitor developments in municipal, state, and federal laws affecting infrastructure projects.
  5. Contribute to marketing materials and articles on municipal infrastructure topics.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
