Provide ongoing legal support throughout the fund lifecycle

Requirements

Substantive experience in asset management law

Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act and a strong interest in further developing subject matter expertise

Ability to manage complex legal work independently and as part of a team

Active license to practice law and in good standing with the bar in the relevant jurisdiction

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications
