• This position supports a newly awarded contract, with work expected to begin in early 2027.
• What You'll Do
• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Build and validate executable threat representations/emulations of radar, missile, RF, seeker, and EW behavior from intelligence-derived technical characteristics. What You Bring
• Active minimum TS/SCI clearance
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with M&S; radar/EW domain knowledge; V&V; simulation integration; software/model development
• Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in process improvement or analytical services
• Strong knowledge of HWIL; threat simulators; real-time simulation; federated models; radar/EW phenomenology
