Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax at a law firm.
• Experience with renewable energy tax credits and complex transactional tax matters.
• Familiarity with ITCs/PTCs and current IRS guidance.
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Strong analytical and technical tax expertise.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and work effectively under deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and strong client-service orientation.
• Admission to practice law in the jurisdiction of the office of residence (or eligibility to waive in).

This role focuses on renewable energy transactions and federal tax credit monetization structures, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions involving wind, solar, battery storage, and other energy transition assets.
