BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mid-Level Tax Associate for our Portland, OR office. The role focuses on federal tax matters across transactional work and tax controversy, within a collaborative Pacific Northwest team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, a JD, and Bar admission. Responsibilities include assisting on M&A and corporate finance transactions, renewable energy financing, and managing multiple projects with partners and senior associates.

Qualifications
