Job summary

Davidson Technologies, Inc. in Woburn, MA seeks a Mid-level Systems Engineer to support the Missile Defense Sensors (MDS) department. You will develop system requirements, design architectures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced radar solutions.

The role involves modeling, testing, and integration activities across hardware and software, with emphasis on requirements management and interface with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Science, Math or related discipline.
• 2–4 years' experience in an engineering role with programming in MATLAB, C or C++; practical knowledge in Radar/Sensors domain.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and test activities.
• Experience with DOORS or related database.
• Experience in Cameo.
• Experience leading small teams supporting complex system integration and/or test events.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and detailed requirements for new and existing system functionality.
• Develop subsystem and component level requirements.
• Create test cases with parameterization of design space and edge cases.
• Participate in Systems Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings.
• Investigate requirements issues.
• Develop subsystem and component models in Cameo for requirements.
• Develop scenarios and other test inputs for developed requirements.
• Present requirements artifacts at reviews and close issues per SEMP process.
