Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, lead in-field coaching, and advance BCBA certification while maintaining high-quality ABA services. This role focuses on fidelity of clinical programming during home and community visits and on delivering parent education aligned with treatment goals.

You will work with Training and Operations to ensure rigorous documentation, service utilization, and strong clinical partnerships, advancing professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services OR 1 year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 ABA semester units.
• Board-Certified Associate Behavior Analyst or BCBA candidate.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
