Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a Clinical Leader in Hayward, CA to coach Behavior Specialists, conduct home/community visits, and ensure fidelity of ABA programming. You will educate parents, monitor documentation, and partner with Training and Operations to advance clinical quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of ABA experience (or 1 year with 12 ABA units). BCBA-eligible candidates are welcome.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of ABA experience implementing behavior modification services; or 1 year with 12 ABA semester units.
• Board-Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BACB-credential) is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.
