• Strong law firm deal experience involving structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Represent clients in sophisticated structured finance and related financing transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents throughout the deal lifecycle.
