Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant testing experience.
• Experience testing in Aerospace/Defense/Robotics/Autonomy/Embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of V&V, regression, functional and integration testing.
• Ability to read/interpret requirements, ICDs, and system docs.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience documenting test results and defects.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing across development stages.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Execute regression, functional, and integration test suites.
• Support CI pipelines with automated validation activities.
• Develop and maintain test cases, procedures, and documentation.
• Perform V&V in accordance with program requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects and test results.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and assist in defect resolution.
• Review requirements, ICDs, and system architectures; collaborate across teams.
• Support system integration, lab testing, and fielding activities.
