Job summary

Captivation is seeking a mid-level software engineer to support daily development tasks and contribute to mission-focused software solutions. U.S. citizenship and a Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.

The candidate should have strong Python, Java, Kotlin, Terraform, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and AWS experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree or 14 years SWE experience to deliver secure, scalable software for government programs.

Qualifications

• 14 years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 4 years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily software development responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure solutions
• Contribute to project planning and code reviews
