Captivation Software is seeking a mid-level software engineer to contribute to backend development and some UI work for mission-focused projects in Maryland. The role requires current Top Secret/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship, with a strong background in modern software stacks and secure development practices. You will collaborate across teams to deliver robust software solutions, while adhering to government contracting standards and delivering timely results for critical national security

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
