Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Maryland is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to support mission-critical Command and Control systems for embedded devices. Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, designing scalable systems, debugging across multiple languages, and developing automation scripts. Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience, strong programming skills in Java or C++, and hands-on CI/CD experience. TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer supporting similar programs.
• Strong experience with Java and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability systems.
• Interface with embedded systems and vendor-provided SDKs.
