Job summary

CACI International seeks an Intermediate Software Engineer to support Navy and Marine Corps platforms in Dahlgren, VA. You will join a team developing and integrating new software, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, unit tests, and code analysis for critical defense systems.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a STEM degree, and 3+ years in software engineering across C++, C, Python, Java, and related technologies. Travel is up to 10% within the Continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, STEM preferred.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Minimum 3 years in systems engineering.
• Minimum 3 years coding in C++, C, Python, Batch.
• Minimum 3 years Java development.
• Understanding of networking principles.
• Experience with model-driven architecture tools/languages.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps processes and principles.
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFE Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create CI/CD pipelines using GitLab YAML to leverage Artifactory packages.
• Build and improve unit testing infrastructure.
• Support unit testing activities.
• Perform code analysis for Navy/Marine Corps programs.
