Job summary

Menlo Innovations LLC in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer to join a collaborative, paired development environment. You will contribute to technical discussions, solve problems with limited guidance, and learn new technologies while helping others grow.

We value experience delivering software from requirements to delivery, strong testing practices, and the ability to work with clients across projects. This full-time role requires on-site presence in Ann Arbor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience from requirements through implementation and delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, testing, and maintainable code.
• Comfortable with unfamiliar codebases and learning new technologies.
• Able to contribute to or lead technical design and architecture discussions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Enjoys sharing knowledge and helping less-experienced teammates develop their skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development, XP, TDD, and pair programming.
• Willingness to work full time, in-person in Ann Arbor, MI (This is not a hybrid or remote work assignment).
• Our interview process requires candidates to fulfill a trial period on-site in Ann Arbor, MI.
