Job summary
A growing multidisciplinary firm is seeking mid-level civil engineers for their Charlotte office. This role offers a chance to work on various aspects of land development, including site visits and documentation preparation. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 3-6 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD. Qualifications
3-6 years' experience working on project engineering.
Project experience in residential, commercial, multifamily, or industrial.
EIT license preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative environment.
Permit coordination and municipal outreach.
Preparation of site construction documentation including plans.
Conducting due diligence and site analysis.
Skills
Team-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of local municipal and zoning processes
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Education
