Sidley Austin LLP's San Diego office seeks mid-level and senior associates for its M&A and Emerging Company / Venture Capital practices. You will take a leading role in sophisticated M&A transactions and advise a broad range of market participants on strategic deals, capital markets financings, and general corporate matters.

Candidates should have 3+ years of M&A, corporate governance, capital markets and/or venture capital experience and must be admitted in good standing to the California bar.
