Polsinelli PC in Los Angeles seeks a mid to senior level associate for Health Care Litigation & Disputes. The role targets 4–6 years in health care litigation, including medical malpractice defense, with strong federal and state court experience and ADR capabilities.

The ideal candidate will independently manage discovery and motion practice and seek trial exposure in a collegial, high-caliber firm environment. JD and CA bar are required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in health care litigation, medical malpractice defense, or related litigation.
• Strong experience in federal and state court practice and procedure and ADR.
• Substantive exposure to False Claims Act, Stark Law, licensing inquiries, payor reimbursement, and hospital issues is a plus.
• JD and CA bar admission are required.
• Excellent academics and writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Polsinelli is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join our Health Care Litigation & Disputes practice group in our

Los Angeles

office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidates will possess 4 to 6 years of experience in health care litigation, medical malpractice defense, or other relevant litigation experience. Strong experience in federal and state court practice and procedure as well as alternative dispute resolution. Substantive experience with the False Claims Act, Stark Law, licensing inquiries, payor reimbursement, and hospital issues, is a plus.

Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have or are striving to develop the capability to independently manage key aspects of litigation work, including discovery and motion practice, as well as to gain trial experience. Compensation

: Salary will range between $290,000 - $420,000, annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
