Job summary

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Cincinnati, OH seeks a mid-level Associate for the Real Estate Development Practice Group. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of law firm experience with real estate transactional work including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, plus construction contracts, development, zoning, and diligence.

A license to practice in Ohio is required. Out-of-state candidates willing to sit for the bar exam or be admitted in Ohio will be considered.

Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a mid-level Associate in the Real Estate Development Practice Group in Cincinnati, OH. Ideally, candidates must have a minimum of two years of law firm experience, with a minimum of two years of real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions and commercial leasing, reviewing construction contracts, development, zoning, and loan documents, and reviewing property diligence (including resolving title and survey concerns). Candidates with less experience will be considered.

All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. A license to practice in Ohio is required. Out of state candidates who are either willing to sit for the bar exam or eligible for admission in Ohio will be considered. Qualified candidates can look forward to an entrepreneurial, collegial work atmosphere and a practice that will include significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex transactions for regional and national clients of all sizes.

Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $45,000 + in bonus potential.
