A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level real estate associate with 3–6 years of transactional experience to join its Charleston office. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to grow in a high-caliber team with a focus on sophisticated U.S. and international real estate matters, particularly in the resort and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, real estate development and lending documentation, and hospitality agreements.
  • Support major commercial and resort real estate transactions across the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate projects from inception through closing.
  • Engage directly with clients and counterparties, offering tailored legal solutions and clear communication.
Ideal Candidate
  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a sophisticated firm.
  • Experience with hospitality or resort real estate is a significant plus.
  • Strong drafting, negotiating, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative, multi-office team.
  • Licensed in SC or willing to obtain admission.
Compensation & Culture
  • Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $280,000.
