Overview i3 is seeking a Mid‑Level Radar Engineer/Analyst to join a well‑established team in an AVMC lab that supports the development, test, and fielding of missile defense radar systems.
Common tasks for this position include analysis tool design and development, and complex analysis on radar system and/or algorithm performance. Provide expertise on various aspects of critical radar functions including acquisition, scheduling, tracking, discrimination, advanced functions, and system‑level interactions. Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems. Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation (M&S), post‑flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts. Interact with external customers and stakeholders within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), program offices, and radar development prime contractors.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
