Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Process Mechanical Designer to lead the development of complex piping designs and equipment layouts using Revit and AutoCAD. This role will coordinate P&IDs and piping specifications to ensure accuracy and project compliance.

The Process Mechanical Designer role will lead the development of complex process mechanical piping designs and equipment layouts using Revit and AutoCAD. The position will coordinate P&IDs and piping specifications, ensuring that designs are accurate and meet project requirements. The role will involve cross‑discipline model coordination and clash resolution, ensuring that designs are integrated seamlessly. The role will develop detailed process mechanical and piping drawings, ensuring they meet the required level of detail at project design gates and milestones. Additionally, the position will be responsible for valve and equipment scheduling, ensuring all components are accurately documented and scheduled. The role may also mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their development.
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $64,000 - $87,000
Location B: $71,000 - $96,000
Location C: $77,000 - $105,000
