Duties:

1. Advise private fund sponsors on fund formation, structuring, and operational matters.
2. Draft and negotiate fund offering documents, limited partnership agreements, and side letters.
3. Provide counsel on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues impacting private investment funds.
4. Engage directly with clients, taking an active role in relationship development and management.
5. Collaborate with internal teams across practice areas and geographies.
6. Conduct legal research and support business development initiatives.
7. Participate in mentorship and knowledge-sharing programs within the practice group.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, especially on the general partner side of private funds.
• Experience representing both emerging and established fund sponsors.

• Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and sound legal judgment.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
