Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or related field from an accredited college; 2 years of related experience, or 5 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio; Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and InDesign; Canva and Figma.
• Position based in McLean, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Create brand-friendly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel templates.
• Design presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, and documents.
• Develop clear infographics and icons.
• Format documents for print and digital distribution (PDFs, PowerPoint, Word).
• Translate technical content into visual graphics and templates for proposals.
• Maintain brand style guidelines and ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate with executives to craft board presentations with confidentiality in mind.
• Adhere to HIPAA and related privacy/security policies.
