Responsabilidades

• Mentor 4-month Pharmacy Technician residents through their first solo Catheter Care procedures.
• Sit with families through hard conversations about prognosis, code status, and goals of care.
• Mentor junior clinical staff and support onboarding as a mid-level team member.
• Comfort post-op patients through the first hard hours, managing nausea, pain, and fear together.
• Stage the resuscitation bay each shift — airway, access, meds — so nothing is hunted mid-code.
