Job summary

Carvana is seeking Paintless Dent Repair Technicians in New Jersey to join our Inspection Centers. A minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience is required for mid-level roles, with skills in accessing panels, glue-pulling, and repairing dents on steel and aluminum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to access panels and perform glue-pulling.
• Experience repairing dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Fix dents using glue-pulling and panel access techniques.
• Repair smaller dents on steel and aluminum car panels.
• Operate in Carvana inspection centers and maintain safety protocols.
