Carvana is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair Technician to perform mid-level PDR on vehicles at our inspection centers. Candidates should have 3+ years of automotive PDR experience and be able to access panels, perform glue-pulling, and repair dents on steel and aluminum panels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Experience accessing panels and using glue-pulling techniques.
• Experience repairing dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair dents on vehicles using Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques.
• Access panels and reach tight spots to perform repairs.
• Maintain safety practices with PPE and follow site procedures.
• Assist with training or onboarding as needed and participate in overtime when required.
