We are seeking a full-time, self-motivated Mid-level Provider for our offices in the Greater Atlanta Area (Lawrenceville, Snellville, Decatur, Hillandale) who is passionate about transforming lives through exceptional patient care.

Job Description Summary:
Under the supervision of a licensed physician, provide direct patient care focused on interventional pain management in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Providers with follow-up patient visits and maintain timely documentation.
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations; educate patients on wellness and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with Providers to determine the best course of medical treatment for patients.
• Follow all compliance protocols and maintain attention to detail in patient care and management.
• Adapt to a growing, dynamic organization and navigate change effectively.
• This role requires travel throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform other medical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice in Georgia.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personable and confident in providing exceptional patient care.
