Job summary

Advanced Interconnect Manufacturing in Victor, NY is seeking a Mid-Level Operator/Assembler (Level IV) to set up and run jobs, wire and assemble components on build boards, and ensure quality before shipment. The position is full-time on A Shift, Monday-Thursday, with 5:00am or 6:00am starts and a 3:30pm or 4:30pm finish; pay is $17–$19 per hour.

Position: Mid-Level Operator/Assembler (Level IV)

Location: 780 Canning Parkway, Victor, NY 14564

Schedule: Full-time, A Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5a-3:30p or 6a-4:30p

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour

Summary: A typical day in this position will consist of working with tools, wires, and possibly machines, to prepare wires, cables, terminals, etc. and to assemble these components on build boards for a final product to be shipped to the customer for install.Assemblers are classified as Level III, IV or V operators and responsibilities will vary based on the skill level of the individual.

• Level III (high-level) performing complex builds, troubleshooting, working with engineering, trainingothers.
• Level IV (mid-level) is setting up and running jobs, testing, picking materials, etc.
• Level V understands documentation, uses basic hand tools and measuring equipment to perform assigned tasks while developing their skills to take on more complex tasks.
• All operators adhere to quality procedures, keep the work area clean and perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications: Open to all experience levels, from those eager to learn to those with years of expertise.Assembly/manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• Building harnesses at the boards requires standing for long periods of time
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on long-term commitment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment which includes drug screen, physical, background check and authorization to work in the US.
