Job summary

Link Solutions, Inc. seeks an Intermediate-Level Network Administrator to join our Orlando team.

The role supports the South East Region Cyberspace Support Center, administering, maintaining, and securing enterprise network infrastructure for mission-critical operations. You will collaborate with systems admins, cybersecurity, and engineering teams; require DoD clearance, IAT II, and Cisco/Juniper/Aruba experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen and DoD Secret Clearance required.
• IAT Level II certification or higher per DoD 8570/8140.
• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper and Aruba networking.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and security controls.
• Baseline certification due within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II/III network support for enterprise environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity, performance, and availability issues.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Support Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba networking technologies.
• Assist with network upgrades, modernization and infrastructure improvements.
• Collect and analyze network performance data to support optimization.
• Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity.
• Maintain network diagrams, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with systems admins, cybersecurity, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Support storage networking technologies including SAN environments.
• Assist with implementing network security controls and DoD compliance.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer for users and team members.
