Job summary

Government Agency in McLean, VA is seeking a Mid-Level Web Developer to join the development team and contribute to web and .NET (C#) based projects. You will help design, develop, and maintain web applications and solutions while adhering to coding standards and participating in peer reviews.

The role involves supporting Senior Developers, developing Power Apps and Power BI reports, and serving as a Tier-2 point of contact for operations and maintenance of legacy and new applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in web development, with a focus on .NET (C#).
• Experience with Git or TFS version control; Power Platform and SharePoint development desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and solutions using .NET (C#) and related web technologies (SOW Task 1.3).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets project requirements and quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
• Assist in development of Power Apps and Power BI reports under guidance of Senior Web Developers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tier-2 operations and maintenance support for legacy and new applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance (SOW Task 1.6).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.
